- Project Manager – a drop-down list for selecting a project manager; selection is possible from all operator accounts with a visible company to which the project deal is assigned. To add each additional member, click the + Select button again and select a user. You can choose from all operator accounts with visibility to the company to which the project deal is assigned. Project team members have fewer permissions than the Project Manager; they can access the Basic Data, Fulfilments, Requests, Tasks, Project Documentation, and History tabs and can edit all of these tabs except Basic Data. If the field is not displayed, verify that it is enabled in Global Settings → Projects → Project Deals.
- Followers – clicking the + Select button opens a dropdown list for selecting followers. The selected followers are then displayed in this section of the form. To add each additional follower, click the + Select button again to choose a user. You can select from all operator accounts with a visible company to which the project deal is assigned. Followers have access to all tabs but cannot edit the project deal or its associated tabs (read-only mode). If the field is not displayed, verify that it is enabled in Global Settings → Projects → Project Deals.
- Status – drop-down list for selecting the project deal status. There are five options to choose from – open, in progress, suspended, canceled, completed. - Project Deal Type – a drop-down list for selecting the project deal type. By default, there are three options to choose from – Exterior, Interior, and Other. These types can be customized with your own values (or the field can be enabled/disabled) via Global Settings → Projects → Project Deals.
- Relationship Stage – a drop-down list for selecting the relationship stage. By default, there are four options to choose from – Opportunity, Quote, Deal/Ordered, Completed, Invoiced. These types can be freely customized with your own values (or the field can be enabled/disabled) via Global Settings → Projects → Project Deals.
- Priority – a drop-down list used to select the priority of a project deal. There are six default options to choose from (sorted from most urgent to least urgent) – 1 – emergency, 2 – urgent, 3 – standard, 4 – service, 5 – next inspection, 6 – long-term. However, these values can be renamed as desired (the icons can also be changed), turned on/off, or additional ones added (or the field turned on/off) via Global Settings → Projects → Project Deals.
- Planning Mode – this drop-down list offers two options – automatically and manually. In the case of automatic settings, the Start Date and End Date are taken from tasks and requests if they are linked to the project deal (first and last dates). With manual setup, the Start Date and End Date are entered manually into the fields below.
- Start Date – enter the date when the project deal begins in the field, or select it from the calendar that appears when you click on this field. Enter the date in the format DD.MM.YYYY (DD.MM.YYYY). The current date is entered by default. If the field is not displayed, check whether it is enabled in Global Settings → Projects → Project Deals.
- End Date – enter the end date of the project deal in the field, or select it from the calendar that appears when you click this field. Enter in the format DD.MM.YYYY (DD.MM.YYYY). The current day is filled in by default. If the field is not displayed, check whether it is enabled in Global Settings → Projects → Project Deals.
- Duration – the duration of the project deal in days. Filled in automatically after entering the start and end dates. If this value is entered manually, the end date will be adjusted. The default value is 1 day.
- GBA-BG – a specific parameter for the construction industry, gross building area below ground in m²
- GBA-AG – a specific parameter for the construction industry, gross building area above ground in m²
- GBA – a specific parameter for the construction industry, gross building area on the ground in m². This is the sum of GBA-BG + GBA-AG.
- Percentage Complete – the percentage of completion of the project deal. The value can be entered manually into the field. Additionally, using the controls, the value can be increased or decreased by 5 percent. The maximum value is 100, rounded to whole numbers. If the field is not displayed, verify that it is enabled in Global Settings → Projects → Project Deals. By clicking the “
” icon, the value is recalculated according to the following formula (the condition for a correct calculation is the existence of a request or task under the project deal):
- ∑d*p / ∑d, where “d” is the duration of the task/request/project deal in days, “p” is the percentage complete set on the task/request/project deal, and “∑” represents the sum of the durations of all tasks, requests, and project deals.
- Example: There is a project deal containing one request with a duration of 12 days and 30% completion, a second request with a duration of 7 days and 70% completion, and a third request with a duration of 5 days and 0% completion. The percentage complete for the project deal is calculated as follows: ∑d*p / ∑d = ∑(12*30),(7*70),(5*0) / ∑(12,7,5) = 850 / 24 = 35%.
- Tags – enter tags in the field to make it easier to search for a project deal, or select from the existing ones that appear when you click on the field. Tags are managed via Global Settings → Tags, Categories, Units. If you need a tag to appear among the existing ones when creating/editing a project deal, the module Project Deals must be enabled in the settings.
- Note – used to enter a comment, description, or other information regarding the project deal.
- Attachments – option to attach a file (e.g., a photo, screenshot, or document). You can add a file by dragging it with the mouse to this field (drag & drop), or by clicking the field to browse and select a file from your disk. You can also add multiple attachments; the list of attached files will then appear below this field. After clicking the context menu icon next to individual files
, you can perform the following actions on them: Download, Edit, Lock, View Versions, Upload New Version, and Delete.
