The entire integration configuration is in one place – under Global Settings → Omnichannel → Basic VoIP Settings. Only users with authorization to access global settings can open this page; without write access, the settings will be displayed, but the save buttons will be unavailable.
In the General section, there is one setting that must be configured first: Enable the VoIP module – toggling the switch to the ‘Enabled’ position will make all other telephony settings available. Only after enabling the module will the tabs appear, and their composition varies depending on which provider you have selected. If you disable and then re-enable the module, the original settings—including access details for the PBX—will be reloaded, so you do not need to enter them again.
For the Zadarma provider, the following tabs are available: Access data, Webhooks, Extension Settings, Scenario Settings, IVR and Telephony, Call Settings, Top Bar Settings and Diagnostics. The composition of the tabs also varies depending on the selected usage scenario – in the ‘Configuration in Zadarma’ scenario, the ‘Scenario Settings’ and ‘IVR and Telephony’ tabs are not displayed at all.
