New regular requests will cease to be generated:
- Upon reaching the ‘Generate until’ date – generation stops automatically. If necessary, this date can be changed by editing the rule in the list of regular requests.
- By manually disabling request generation – when editing a regular request, on the first tab ‘Basic Details’, under ‘Request Generation’, switch the status to ‘Disabled’. If you decide to resume generating requests at some point in the future, you can set the criteria according to which the request should be generated.
- By deleting a regular request – open the rule from the list of regular requests and click the ‘Delete’ button. This button is only available to users with permission to delete regular requests. Deleting a rule only removes the rule itself; requests generated by that rule will remain in the list of requests.
