The settings for e-mail mailboxes are located in Global settings → Message processing. The screen is divided into three tabs – E-mail addresses, Message processing and Mail services. These settings should be managed by the system administrator – if they are unsure at any step, we recommend contacting the support department.
E-mail addresses
In this tab (Global settings → Message processing → the E-mail addresses tab) there is a list of the e-mail addresses being processed. By default one working mailbox is already created here for both receiving and sending messages, so the system is ready to work with e-mails right from the start. For each address there are separate settings for message processing, incoming mail and outgoing mail, which you open by moving the cursor over the address and clicking the cog icon 
in the relevant column. You add a new address with the + Add button and save the changes you have made with the Save button. An address that has been added cannot be deleted, so if you do not want to use it, switch it off in its settings.
Incoming and outgoing mail
The incoming mail settings (the Mail receiving column) let you choose the method for receiving mail, by default Direct delivery to the server. The outgoing mail settings (the Mail sending column) serve to choose the sending method, by default Direct sending from the server, and at the same time to adjust the logo and colour scheme used in the messages sent.
Message processing
The Message processing tab determines how the system handles incoming messages – for example attaching attachment details, matching the discussion to requests according to the e-mail reference ID, assigning an assignee to new requests with no operator allocated, or recognising automatically sent e-mails from their headers.
Mail services
In the Mail services tab the individual services for receiving and sending mail are available – for incoming mail Direct delivery to the server, IMAP and Microsoft Graph API, for outgoing mail Direct sending from the server, SMTP Relay and Microsoft Graph API. For each one its status, a brief description and, in several cases, the setup procedure are given.
