Fulfilment templates are used for quickly and consistently recording recurring tasks. They allow you to define pre-prepared content, which saves time, improves the consistency of communication, and reduces the risk of errors.
They are managed via Tasks → Task Templates. This interface allows you to browse and search existing templates, as well as edit them and create new ones. The list of templates can be exported in XLS format. If the Fulfilment Templates item is not found in the menu, make sure this feature is enabled in Global Settings → Fulfilments.
Creating a template
You can create a new template by going to Fulfilments → Fulfilment Templates and then clicking the +Add Template button. This will open the same form used for entering a fulfilment. The meaning of the individual fields is described in the documentation section Meaning of fields in the fulfilment form.
You can create a new template by clicking the Create button.
Edit Template
The existing template is available at Fulfilments → Fulfilment templates. Then, click the context menu 
on the row of the template you need to edit, and select Edit from the menu.
Export template list
There are two ways to export the list of templates; the output is always a file in the format .xls. In both cases, you must first navigate to the list of templates via Fulfilments → Fulfilment Templates. The first method is to click the XLS button; the second is via the context menu and then selecting the option Export data to XLS.
A new window will then open where you can select the columns for export. If you want to export all columns, you do not need to select them individually. Clicking the 
icon selects all of them. The order of the columns in this list determines their order in the export. If you want the columns in their default order, click the 
icon, and the columns will be sorted.
After selecting the columns, create the export using the Export button, located in the lower-left corner of the window. Selecting the Cancel option will return you to the fulfilment list without creating an export.
