Internal fulfilments

If your company—as a service provider—distinguishes between work performed and what you invoice, for example, because of actual performance records that you would prefer not to show to the customer, enable the mode for distinguishing between internal and invoiced services. Internal fulfilments are hidden from customers by default. You can change this setting in permissions.

To use this feature, it must be enabled in Global Settings → Fulfilments.

Internal fulfilments can be part of a billing fulfilment or exist separately. It is possible to create an invoiced fulfilment from a separately created fulfilment. For more information, see the section “Creating Invoiced Fulfilments from Internal Fulfilments” in this text.

You can create an internal fulfilment:

  • For an existing billing fulfilment – from the list of fulfilments via the context menu or in the billing fulfilment details on the Internal Fulfilments tab.

  • Separately, without linking to a billing fulfilment – click the button +Add internal fulfilment in the upper-right corner of the fulfilment list. Then, in the form, do not link the fulfilment to any invoiced fulfilment.

In both cases, a form will open; the fields in this form are described in more detail in a separate section of the documentation at . Explanation of the fields in the fulfilment form:.

A single billing fulfilment may include multiple internal fulfilments. Billing fulfilments linked to internal fulfilments are marked with the “” button in the fulfilment list. Clicking this button displays the linked internal fulfilments.
