Creating an Deal

To create an deal, click the “” + “Add” button in the deal list. The button for adding deals is only displayed if you have permission to add records. You can set permissions in Users and Groups → Users → specific user → Permissions tab → Deals → Records.

Clicking the + Add button opens a form for a new accounting deal, divided into Basic information and Objects sections. The meaning of each field is described below in the “Basic Information” and “Objects” sections.

To create an deal, click on Save.

If you assigned a name to the deal at the beginning, all changes are saved in the background as you work, even if you haven’t saved the deal yet. If something interrupts your work while entering the deal, you can continue where you left off by editing the draft. You can find the in-progress deal in the deal list marked with the “” and “DRAFT” flags. Changes made to the deal are saved only in the draft until the deal is saved for the first time. All changes made after saving the deal must be confirmed by saving the deal.
