List of Deals

The deal records can be found in the main menu under Deals. If Deals does not appear in your menu, you likely do not have this module enabled in Global Settings → Deals or you do not have the appropriate permissions to use this module in Users and Groups → Users → specific user → Permissions tab → Deals.

The list of registered deals can be found at Deals → Deal List. The window header displays the number of deals shown out of the total, and also includes controls for creating an deal, searching using an advanced filter, and a button for exporting to XLS. Below is a list of deals sorted from newest to oldest, with deal details displayed.

Deals allow you to group related requests and tasks together. For deals that contain requests or tasks, there is an icon at the beginning of the row + , which you can use to expand the list of associated requests and tasks.

Use the “” icon to choose which columns will appear in the list and their order.

Deals that have been split up are automatically saved as drafts—these appear at the top of the list and are marked with the DRAFT flag.

Export Deals

In the lower-left corner of the deal list, there is a XLS button, which you can use to export the list in XLS format.

Clicking this will open a new window where you can select the columns to export. If you want to export all columns, you don’t need to select them individually. Clicking the icon < selects all of them. The order of the columns in this list also determines their order in the export. If you want the columns in their default order, click the icon and the columns will be sorted.

After selecting the columns, create the export using the Export button, located in the lower-left corner of the window. Selecting the Cancel option will return you to the list of deals without creating an export.
